Happy Tuesday!

We just wanted to update everyone on the current situation. Everything has come in except for two things: pins itself and the foam for the deluxe box. The pins are currently stuck in customs awaiting on clearance and we're hoping that gets rectified soon. On the other hand, the manufacturer for the foam has stopped production due to the fact that it is the Lunar New Year and won't be back until mid February. We were told prior that the foams would be done before the factories went on break but since we didn't hear from them when pressed for an update before the Lunar festival, it is unlikely that they finished on time like they promised. 

What we'll do at this point is get clearance for the pins underway and start to pack the orders while waiting on the foam situation as there is nothing else we can do about that at this time.

Happy Thursday!

We just wanted to update everyone that production is going smoothly and everything will be arriving end of January/beginning of February. 

We don't like to post photos of that products that we don't take professionally but here are some of the production photos:

As of now, most of everything is just about done except for the transformation wands and are prepping to be shipped out to us.

We will post again once the products have arrived and top notch photos are taken.

Happy Wednesday everybody!

We are currently have 83% of backerkit surveys completed AND we only have 2 days left. That's right, we're locking it down on Friday Dec 21st.

If you do not fill out your backerkit survey, you risk not receiving your pledge since you will not be accounted for.

The backerkit serves as a tool to let us know what goes with your pledge and where to send that pledge so without it, we can't send you your pledge. That is why it is crucial that everyone fills out their backerkit surveys. We want everyone to be able to get their pledges properly and by filling the backerkit surveys, it ensures that.

We've already resent it to everyone who still hasn't filled it out but in case you didn't receive it still, there are two options to take care of it.

1. Message us directly with an alternative email to send your survey. Please do not post your alternative email in the comments.

To message us: find "Created by Geek Thirst" and click "Geek Thirst. A pop up will show and click the button "Contact Me"

2. Go directly to the backerkit here: https://sailor-senshi-pins.backerkit.com/ log into your account and fill out your survey.

Please be aware that is it each individual's responsibility to fill out their own information and address and that we cannot do that for you. We will assist you with it and facilitate the process but ultimately, it is up to you so please make sure you fill it out.

Happy Friday Everyone!

As of this point, we only have 52% of backerkit surveys completed. While a good start, we'd like to remind everyone that in order for us to get an accurate number to manufacture enough products to fulfill the kickstarter, we need at least 90% of the backerkits completed. Additionally, we only have less than a week before the backerkit is locked and charged so please fill out your backerkit before then.

If you do not fill out your backerkit survey, you risk not receiving your pledge since you will not be accounted for. You don't want that and we certainly don't want that either so please fill out your backerkit survey.

If you have not received a backerkit survey email, please check your spam/junk box as it may have accidentally slipped in there. If you still cannot find your backerkit survey email, please message us directly so we can sort that out.
